Andrew Avila is a Creative Director with 13 years building brand identity systems and leading in-house creative studios across fashion, media, and design. Six years at Harper's BAZAAR directing luxury brand programs alongside Gucci, Tiffany & Co., Tom Ford, and the Waldorf Astoria. Seven more at MillerKnoll, where he built a 22-person global studio and owned the creative identity of Herman Miller, Knoll, Design Within Reach, HAY, Muuto, and Herman Miller Gaming — from brand positioning and visual systems through every channel and market. His expertise spans corporate identity, art direction, UX, photo and video production, and the creative infrastructure that lets teams do their best work.
